Is buying and owning cannabis seeds legal?
The purchase and possession of cannabis seeds are legal in many countries, but their germination and cultivation may be subject to legal restrictions. Please check the laws in your country before placing an order.
Who can purchase from your shop?
Our shop is exclusively for adult customers. We do not sell products to minors and strictly adhere to legal regulations.
What types of cannabis seeds do you offer?
We offer a wide range of feminized and autoflowering seeds, known for their high yield and ease of cultivation. Regular seeds are not part of our assortment.
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
We ship exclusively within the EU using Deutsche Post & DHL.
- Germany: 1–3 business days
- EU-wide: 4–8 business days
Orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
What are the shipping costs?
- Free shipping for orders over €50.
- For orders under €50, a flat shipping fee of €4.90 applies.
What payment methods do you accept?
- Credit card
- Bank transfer (prepayment)
Important:
- Orders are shipped only after payment has been received.
- Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days to process, depending on the bank.
Can I pay with PayPal?
No, we do not accept PayPal payments at this time. Due to PayPal's policies regarding cannabis seeds, we are unable to offer this payment method.

Germination & Cultivation
Do your seeds have a guaranteed germination rate?
Our seeds have a germination rate of up to 90% under optimal conditions. If your seeds do not germinate, we will replace them upon submission of proper proof of germination.
Conditions for the guarantee:
- Seeds must be planted within one month of receiving the order.
- Please send us a photo of the affected seed and an image showing the current humidity and temperature, so we can review the cultivation conditions.
- Our customer service team is happy to assist you with any germination-related questions.
How should I store cannabis seeds properly?
The best way to store cannabis seeds is in their original packaging in the refrigerator to maintain long-term viability and germination potential.
Returns & Customer Support
Can I return or exchange my order?
- Unopened packages can be returned within 14 days.
- If an item arrives damaged, you may return it within 14 days.
Important:
- Contact our support team before sending a return to confirm the return process.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Who covers the return shipping costs?
- Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a defect or production error, we will cover the shipping costs.
How do I request a return?

- Wait for confirmation and the return address.
- Pack and return the item securely.
- After receiving the item, we will process the refund.

Order Modifications & Cancellations
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders are processed immediately after payment confirmation, making modifications or cancellations usually not possible.
If you need to cancel your order:
- Order not yet shipped: Contact us as soon as possible.
- Order already shipped: Cancellations are no longer possible, but you can return the package after receiving it.
Order still being processed?
Contact us via our contact form or email at support@terphunters.de with your order number. If your package has not yet been shipped, we can initiate a cancellation and refund.
Order already shipped?
Cancellations are no longer possible once the order has been dispatched. However, you can return your package within 14 days and request a refund.
